Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied, we're going to make things right.
Return Requirements
- All returned merchandise must be purchased from our website.
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase of our cases of canned meat within the first 60 days, you can return the remaining cans to the original shipping warehouse at your own expense.
- Do not send back opened cans.
- The returned package should include a copy of your receipt for the purchase of the returned product(s), if you don't have the receipt contact us for help.
- To return an item, please contact our customer support team by email with your order number at [email protected].
Refunds
- Once the returned merchandise is received a refund will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.
- We will issue a refund for the cans returned, minus the cost of any can you have consumed and any applicable restocking fees, unless the item was damaged upon receipt.
- Restocking fees apply to select returned items and will be deducted from your refund before it is processed. We stand by our commitment to your satisfaction and promise to return your money.
- If you returned the cases back without contacting us first, please send us a quick email at [email protected], in order for your refund to be processed.
👉🏻 If you are not satisfied, we're going to make things right. However if we feel someone is unfairly taking advantage of us, we will have to cut you off. We have never had to do this, but it's worth mentioning.
Cancellations
- We understand that sometimes changes need to be made after placing an order, and we're happy to help! To request a cancellation, simply submit a request to our support team by email at [email protected]. Please make sure to include the order number.
